Viable
Making Complex Advisory Work Easier to Understand
Work: StoryBrand Messaging Workshop, website strategy and copy, ongoing marketing support

The Challenge
Viable does more than manage investments.
Their work helps clients think through complex financial decisions involving wealth, business transitions, retirement, family responsibility, and long-term planning.
But their message did not fully reflect the depth of that work.
Like many expert-led service businesses, Viable had strong expertise and a thoughtful approach. The challenge was explaining that value in language that felt specific to them, not the generic language often used in wealth management.
That made it harder for prospects and referral partners to quickly understand how Viable was different from a traditional investment-focused firm.
They did not need to sound like everyone else in wealth management.
They needed a message that sounded like them.
The Shift
We started with a StoryBrand Messaging Workshop.
The goal was to clarify how Viable talks about its work, who it serves best, and why its planning-first approach matters to people making high-stakes financial decisions.
That process helped the team step back from the services they provide and look at the business through the eyes of clients and referral partners.
Together, we clarified the language behind Viable’s positioning, website, and future marketing.

What We Did
Messaging Workshop
We clarified Viable’s core message, positioning, audience, and the language needed to explain their value more clearly.
Website Strategy and Copy
We helped shape the strategy and copy for a new website built around that message, so the site could better communicate what Viable does, who they help, and why their approach matters.
Ongoing Marketing Partnership
After the website launched, the work continued. ID Nexus now supports Viable with ongoing marketing strategy and implementation, including:
- Client stories and case study content
- LinkedIn articles and advisor posts
- Email strategy and Mailchimp templates
- Proposals and business development materials
- Analytics setup and ongoing marketing direction
Because the message was clarified first, each new piece of marketing has a stronger foundation.
What Is Different Now
Viable has clearer language for explaining its work, a website shaped around that message, and a marketing partner helping carry that clarity into proposals, emails, social media, and future content.
The marketing is no longer being built one piece at a time in isolation. It is connected by a clearer strategy and a more consistent message.

Why This Project Matters
Viable is a strong example of how ID Nexus works best.
The firm already had the expertise, the care, and the client value.
The opportunity was to make that value easier for the right people to understand.
We started with the message, then built the marketing around it.
Build a Clearer Path Forward
We’ll talk about what’s working, where your marketing feels unclear or disconnected, and what the right next step might be.
