Marketing Foundation Program
Build your marketing foundation with guidance.
Over eight weeks, you’ll work alongside a small group of business owners to decide what your marketing should focus on, who you need to reach, what they need to hear, and which marketing efforts are worth your time.
You’ll build the message, priorities, and 90-day plan to move forward with more confidence.

The next cohort runs this fall. Spots are limited to four to six businesses.

What this addresses
You know you need to do more with your marketing. The harder question is what.
Maybe you’ve already put time and money into a new website, social media, networking, or other marketing, but the results haven’t matched the effort.
Maybe referrals have carried the business for years, but they aren’t enough anymore. Your market may have changed. You may want to grow a particular service or reach a different kind of customer. Or you may simply be unsure which marketing efforts are actually worth your time.
The answer isn’t automatically more social media, SEO, advertising, or another tactic.
First, you need to know what you’re trying to accomplish, who you’re trying to reach, what they need to understand, and where your marketing has the best chance of reaching them.
That’s what this program helps you work through.
Is this right for you?
The Marketing Foundation Program is a great fit for:
A customized strategy engagement may be a better fit if:
Not sure which approach fits? Start with a conversation, and we’ll help you figure it out.
Start with a ConversationWhat you walk away with
By the end of the program, you’ll have:
Along the way, you’ll also apply the work to practical tools like your One-Liner and website messaging.
This isn't a course you watch and forget. You leave each session with something to show for it.

How it works
Total duration: Eight weeks
Format:
6 live 90-minute working sessions
2 implementation weeks to apply and refine the work
Optional office hours between sessions, email access for questions and feedback
Group size: Four to six businesses
Delivery: Virtual, Live on Zoom
The eight-week structure is intentional. Long enough for real change. Short enough to stay committed. Spaced out enough to apply what you’re learning between sessions, with enough momentum to keep the work moving forward.
Tracey teaches each session. You’ll work through the material together as a group, with built-in time to apply it to your own business. Office hours and feedback are part of the rhythm.

What we cover
A detailed curriculum is shared after your initial conversation. Each session includes practical application, feedback, and guided refinement, with ongoing support through office hours, group discussion, and email access.
Over eight weeks, we work through:
Program investment
$1,500 paid in full, or 3 payments of $550
This is a working program. If you attend the sessions, complete the work, and still need help pulling the pieces together, we’ll make sure you have a clear path forward before the program ends.
Why the group stays small
This is not a webinar with hundreds of people watching silently.
Keeping the cohort to four to six businesses allows for real discussion, live feedback, and personalized guidance throughout the program.
What happens next?
We’ll schedule a short conversation to learn more about your business, answer questions, and make sure the program is the right fit before enrollment is finalized.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from a customized strategy engagement?
Both start with the same goal: getting clear on your message, audience, and marketing direction.
In the Marketing Foundation Program, you work through a structured process alongside a small group of business owners. You do much of the application yourself, with Tracey’s instruction, feedback, office hours, and support along the way.
A customized strategy engagement is built specifically around your business. It allows for deeper discovery, more customization, greater involvement from Tracey, and facilitated work with additional stakeholders when needed.
If you’re not sure which approach makes sense, start with a conversation. We’ll help you determine the right fit.
Is the program virtual or in person?
The first cohort will meet virtually on Zoom. Future cohorts may also be offered in person, depending on location and demand.
Will I leave with finished marketing copy?
You’ll leave with your core messaging and positioning direction, a refined one-liner, homepage messaging framework, marketing priorities, and a 90-day action roadmap.
Some pieces may be ready to use right away. Others may need additional refinement, design, or implementation after the program.
What if I miss a session?
Sessions are recorded so you can catch up if needed. Because the work builds from one session to the next, consistent attendance is strongly recommended.
What if my business doesn't fit the typical profile?
If your business is more complex, has multiple audiences or stakeholders, or needs deeper customization, a customized strategy engagement may be a better fit.
If you’re unsure, start with a conversation. We’ll help you determine which approach makes the most sense.
When does the next cohort start?
The first cohort is forming for Fall 2026. Spots are limited to four to six businesses. Exact dates will be shared as soon as they’re confirmed.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. A payment plan is available. Details will be provided before enrollment.
What happens if I need help implementing what we create?
The program gives you the message, direction, and priorities to move forward. If you need help afterward with website copy and development, sales materials, campaigns, or other implementation, ID Nexus can scope that work separately.
Can I get individual feedback during the program?
Yes. The program is intentionally limited to four to six businesses so there is room for questions, discussion, and individual feedback.
You’ll also have access to optional office hours and email support between sessions.
