About
You did not get into business to become a marketer.
You got in because you are good at what you do. You built something real, but somewhere along the way, explaining it became harder than doing it. That gap between your expertise and how clearly you communicate it is where ID Nexus helps.

Hi, I'm Tracey Piechocki.
I grew up watching my dad build and evolve this business around what clients actually needed. He adapted with every change, and when I took over, I carried that same mindset forward.
I’ve been in marketing longer than Google has existed. For years, my team and I focused on design, branding, and execution. We were good at it, but I kept seeing the same challenge: smart business owners with great services and marketing that wasn’t delivering.
Often, the issue wasn’t the tactics. It was the message underneath them.
Discovering the StoryBrand framework changed how I approached the work. I became a Certified StoryBrand Guide and rebuilt the process around helping businesses clarify their message, strategy, and marketing direction.
That’s how ID Nexus came to be: a clearer name and focus for the work we had grown into.
What is StoryBrand?
StoryBrand is a messaging framework that helps businesses clarify what they do, who they serve, and why it matters. By putting the customer at the center of the story, it helps organizations create clearer communication that connects with the right audience and guides them toward action. We use the StoryBrand framework to uncover the message behind your business and turn it into marketing that is easier to understand and more effective.

There's a real gap in marketing services.
Solo consultants bring deep expertise but often have limited capacity. Large agencies offer resources but can mean slower processes and more layers.
ID Nexus sits in between: senior-level strategy with a flexible team built around your business.
I lead strategy and messaging directly, while a trusted team of designers, developers, and marketing specialists supports execution. When needed, we bring in specialized partners for areas like SEO, paid media, and video.
You get one point of contact, one coordinated team, and a streamlined process without the complexity of managing multiple vendors.

What this looks like in practice
A wellness spa client had already seen strong Mother’s Day gift card sales the year before. After aligning the message, website, email, social content, and ads around one clear campaign, gift card sales increased 27% year over year.
Why this work matters
I’ve watched too many good businesses stay stuck because their marketing didn’t reflect how good they actually are.
It’s a solvable problem.
Solving it, and watching a client finally have the words to describe what they do and seeing it connect, is why I do this work.
